Receptionist (Part-Time, Job Share) Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Hours: 15 hours per week over 1.5 days (flexible between Monday – Friday) + additional cover for holiday and sickness
Are you a friendly and professional individual with excellent customer service skills? We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business centre, ensuring a smooth and efficient front-of-house experience for our tenants and visitors.
About the Role: As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. This is a job share position requiring flexibility to provide additional cover for holiday and sickness
.Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional welcome.
- Answering and directing phone calls, handling enquiries, and taking messages.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assisting tenants with general queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating facility services.
- Carrying out light administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.
