We are looking for an experienced and talented Wedding Co-ordinator to join our fantastic venue.

The Role

As a Wedding Co-ordinator, you will take ownership to maximize opportunities and increase wedding business within the venue. You will work with the General Manager and management team to ensure exceptional wedding execution, maintaining and growing our successful wedding track record.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling enquiries
  • Coordinating and executing show rounds
  • Creating and delivering proposals for Brides and Grooms within budget and time frame
  • Administering function agreements and deposit contracts
  • Being the client\'s first point of contact throughout the enquiry, conversion, and wedding planning stages
  • Coordinating with the venue team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Sharing reservation details with operations/kitchen teams prior to service
  • Achieving pre-booked sales targets while providing first-class service
  • Sharing potential leads with the wider group
  • Maintaining good relationships with the Sales Team

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing weddings
  • A methodical and meticulous work approach

  • A proven track record in Sales & Events within hospitality
