The Cooper School is seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor with Form Tutor responsibilities to join our team. This part-time role (30 hours/week) is permanent, term-time plus INSET days, with hours from 8:25am to 3:30pm.
You will supervise lessons in teachers’ absence and provide day-to-day pastoral support to promote positive student outcomes. We value organisation, resilience and strong communication to engage students and support their wellbeing in a busy school environment.
