Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the home improvement group
- Improve systems, processes, accountability, and efficiencies
- Manage operational teams and performance KPIs
- Support regional and national expansion plans
- Work closely with directors on strategic growth initiatives
- Improve customer journey, scheduling, and operational delivery
- Build scalable infrastructure and operational systems
- Support recruitment, reporting, leadership management, and business performance
