The Converters Home Improvement Group is one of Scotland’s fastest-growing home improvement businesses and is entering a major expansion phase across Scotland and England. We operate across multiple sectors including:

  • Conservatory Roof Conversions
  • Garage Conversions
  • Home Extensions
  • Windows & Doors
  • Media Walls
  • Blinds & Shutters

With major investment into digital and direct marketing, systems, and new product launches, we are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Head Of Sales to help lead the next phase of growth.

The Role

You will oversee and grow our sales operation across all divisions, managing:

  • CRM pipeline management
  • Meeting Sales performance, targets and KPIs
  • Recruitment and training of new sales staff

You will work closely with the directors and management team to improve conversion rates, increase sales volume, and help scale the business nationally.
