That’s why we need a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive Cancellations Executive / Administrator to join our Finance Team and make sure cancellations run smoothly from start to finish.

A day in the life of our Cancellations Executive:

  • Own the Cancellations Process – Take charge of the administration from start to finish! Process cancellations smoothly, keep customers and teams in the loop, and track financial impacts to keep everything on point.
  • Keep Finances & Records in Check – Stay on top of cancellation costs, maintain accurate inventory, support sales with key reports, and fix any system hiccups before they become issues.
  • Be the Customer Champion – Make every interaction smooth and stress-free! Handle queries with care, keep customers updated, and work closely with CX and Delivery teams for a hassle-free cancellation process.
  • Master Your Toolkit – Use our in house software tools and show your MS Office skills in Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Smash Your KPIs – Reduce financial risks, keep records flawless, and deliver outstanding customer service with clear, efficient communication.

What you’ll need to apply:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (orders, cancellations, or commercial requests).
  • Strong administration & communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail – accuracy is your superpower!
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SME.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English.
