Job Overview

IDEAL Shower Doors is seeking a professional, personable, and reliable Sales Specialist to join our Sales & Client Relations team. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences. You\’ll be responsible for following up on leads, managing client interactions, and helping customers choose the perfect custom glass and hardware solutions for their homes or commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up with customer leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct on-site and in-showroom consultations to assess client needs
  • Present product options and provide accurate estimates
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our custom shower door products and hardware
  • Collaborate with the installation and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Document sales activities using provided tech tools
  • Maintain a positive client experience throughout the sales process
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and participate in sales contests
  • Provide feedback and insights to help improve sales processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, glazing, or hardware-related fields
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic understanding of general construction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent time management and follow-through
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Valid driver\’s license and reliable transportation preferred
