Boston Best Construction LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Office Assistant to join our growing construction team. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior administrative experience—especially in a construction or field-based environment—who wants to build a career with purpose. You will play a vital role in keeping our projects organized and our team supported, while learning how we do things the “Boston Best” way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, field crews, and leadership
  • Answer phones, manage calendars, and schedule meetings or project updates
  • Organize and maintain project files, contracts, permits, and job documentation
  • Prepare and track invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Support data entry into project management and accounting software
  • Order office and jobsite supplies as needed
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation for new employees
  • Help coordinate company events and internal communications
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Perform general clerical duties and additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative assistant role (construction or similar industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and general office technology
  • Willingness to learn company-specific processes and systems
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
