About The Content Emporium

The Content Emporium is a specialist social media agency helping brands connect with their audiences through creative, effective social content. As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a Paid Social Manager (Activation & Performance) to help us build and develop our paid social capability alongside our established organic social offering.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both content and performance. You'll play a key role in helping our clients get more value from their social content through smart, agile paid social activation, while also supporting broader paid social campaigns and helping shape the future of our paid offering.

The Role

This role is primarily focused on managing the paid amplification of organic social content across Meta and TikTok. Working closely with our organic social, content and client services teams, you'll identify opportunities to amplify content through paid social, recommend budgets and audiences, launch campaigns, monitor performance and optimise activity.

Alongside amplified content activity, you'll also manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for agency clients, helping to deliver objectives including awareness, engagement, event promotion and footfall. You'll take ownership of The Content Emporium's own paid social activity, helping us grow our profile, generate leads and support business development through channels including LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms.

A key part of the role will involve managing paid social activity for a major shopping centre portfolio, ensuring amplified content is timely, locally relevant and aligned with wider content strategies. This is a role for someone who enjoys being in platform, analysing performance, spotting opportunities and turning strong organic content into even stronger results. While you'll have ownership of paid social delivery and performance, this is a hands-on implementation role rather than a people-management position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage amplification strategies for organic social content across Meta and TikTok.
  • Identify high-performing and strategically important content suitable for amplification.
  • Recommend budgets, audiences, objectives and timings for amplified activity.
  • Launch, monitor and optimise amplified content campaigns.
  • Ensure paid amplification is aligned with content calendars and wider campaign objectives.
  • Manage paid activation across multiple locations, campaigns and priorities.
  • React quickly to emerging opportunities, events and content performance trends.

Paid Social Campaign Management

  • Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies and campaign structures.
  • Manage budgets and campaign performance across multiple client accounts.
  • Test creative, audiences and campaign approaches to improve results.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and in line with platform best practice.
  • Support wider paid social planning and recommendations for clients where required.

The Content Emporium Marketing

  • Own and manage The Content Emporium's paid social activity.
  • Develop and deliver paid campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation and business growth.
  • Manage LinkedIn advertising for The Content Emporium's marketing activity.
  • Work with the leadership and marketing teams to identify opportunities to support agency growth through paid social.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and lead generation activity.

Reporting & Insight

  • Track and analyse performance across amplified content and paid campaigns.
  • Produce meaningful reports and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate campaign data into practical actions and content recommendations.
  • Share insights with content and social teams to help improve future performance.
  • Help clients and colleagues understand what content is working, why it's working and how performance can be improved.

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with social media managers, content creators and account managers.
  • Support client meetings and performance discussions where required.
  • Act as the agency's paid social specialist, providing guidance and recommendations to colleagues and clients.
  • Help shape the agency's paid social offering as it continues to grow.
  • Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal processes, best practice and innovation.

About You

You'll be confident in platform, comfortable with data and excited by the relationship between organic content and paid performance. You don't need to be a pure strategist, but you should be able to think strategically about what content to amplify, why, when and to whom. You'll enjoy being hands-on with campaign delivery while taking ownership of performance and results.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years' experience managing paid social activity.
