The Consumer Council is recruiting for two Senior Energy Transition Engagement Officers to join our Energy Transition team, in our Consumer Engagement Directorate. We are looking for individuals experienced in engaging and supporting people to clarify goals, needs and activities. People who are confident and effective communicators, skilled in designing and leading deliberative research with diverse audiences while presenting evidence, insights, and trend analysis to inform strategic decision making and policy influence.

Eligibility criteria
- Proven experience of conducting both field and desk research, writing case studies and monitoring trends to identify emerging issues and opportunities to inform policy, strategy or service delivery.
- Designing and delivering stakeholder and/or public engagement and/or research activities, such as workshops and focus groups, to generate insights to inform strategic, policy or public/consumer outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining effective and trusted stakeholder relationships to deliver positive outcomes for consumers, service users and/or businesses.
- Preparing research reports and/or presenting data/evidence to a range of audiences.
