Working as part of our Ennovus Solutions team, you’ll gain exposure to real-world projects spanning audits, energy efficiency, and low carbon technologies.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and gradually lead energy audits across offices, hotels, industrial, and manufacturing sites
- Learn how to assess building systems and processes to understand energy use
- Work with energy data in Excel to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Contribute to clear, professional audit reports and recommendations
- Support compliance work including ESOS and Net Zero Pathway projects
- Engage with clients and site teams to gather information and understand operations
- Travel across the UK (with occasional overnight stays) as part of site-based work
Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility as your confidence and capability grow.
Who this could suit

- A graduate in sustainability, engineering, energy, or a related subject
- Someone with hands-on experience, for example in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical roles
- Early in your career and looking to move into energy or carbon-focused work

- Willingness to travel across the UK and stay overnight when needed

Over time, you develop into a fully independent Site Energy & Carbon Auditor, trusted to deliver high-quality audits and recommendations.
