- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, identifying root causes, designing solutions, and improving processes to prevent recurrence while ensuring first-time, error-free outputs
- Work cross-functionally to collect and validate information, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely reports
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, aligned with our values of excellence and delight
- Clearly document methodologies and explain both your findings and the steps taken to resolve issues, enabling stakeholders to understand and trust the reporting process
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Experience working with large and complex data sets in a commercial or operational environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills – including pivot tables, charts, formulas like IF, COUNTIF, UNIQUE, XLOOKUP, and conditional formatting
- Confident and clear communicator, able to calmly explain the steps and reasoning behind analyses, prioritise effectively in both daily and longer-term tasks, identify efficiencies, and follow through to implement practical solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to interrogate data, identify issues and translate technical information into clear and simple insights

- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- A proactive and innovative approach: comfortable not only improving existing processes, but designing new solutions where needed
- A genuine interest in energy and sustainability, and how data drives informed decision-making
Desirable:
