The role involves:
- Coordinating MOP, DCDA and AMR rollout activity for project managed clients
- Keeping progress on track and chasing updates where needed
- Managing logs, reports, spreadsheets and contract records
- Speaking with clients, providers and suppliers by phone, email and Teams
- Making sure installations are completed within agreed timescales
- Helping resolve queries through to completion
- Supporting our wider Metering team where needed
You will need:
- Strong organisation and time management
- Confidence communicating with different stakeholders
- A proactive and problem solving mindset
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Accuracy when keeping records, logs and reports up to date
- Ability to follow processes from start to finish
- Experience with metering and data contracts
