What We’re Looking For:

  • You will manage approximately 40 mid-market accounts, acting as the key point of contact between your clients and our internal teams.
  • You’ll need to excel at consultative conversations, build long-lasting client relationships, and hold internal stakeholders accountable to ensure client needs are met.
  • You’ll also be proactive in staying curious and learning everything about this complex industry, helping to guide your clients with insights that add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality, consultative service and retention.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and context on industry challenges.

  • Maintain strong, proactive communication and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, continually developing your knowledge.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous account management experience and a proven track record in managing your own portfolio of medium to large enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrable experience exceeding client expectations, providing a world-class customer service and driving client retention.
  • Strong ability to hold consultative conversations with clients.
  • Empathy, with the ability to hold difficult conversations to achieve a desired outcome.
