What does a Senior Client Executive at Consultus do? You’ll work closely with your Client Manager and internal delivery teams to ensure clients receive a proactive, accurate and responsive service. Acting as a key day to day contact, you’ll be:

  • Managing incoming queries and keeping clients updated
  • Coordinating work across internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintaining accurate records, trackers and CRM updates
  • Providing clear, timely communication to clients and colleagues
  • Supporting contract renewals, reporting and service delivery tasks
  • Helping drive a consistent and reliable client experience
  • Proactively resolving issues and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
