What the role involves:
You will work alongside an experienced Client Manager and act as the day to day contact for a portfolio of clients. Your focus is to keep everything running smoothly and ensure clients receive a dependable, professional service. Your work will include:
- Client support and communication: Being the reliable point of contact for clients, resolving queries, providing clear updates and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Energy data and reporting: Keeping client data accurate and up to date, managing system changes and delivering clear, timely reporting and insights.
- Supplier and operational support: Working with suppliers to progress queries, support tenders and keep renewals and activity running smoothly.
You will do well in this role if you are naturally organised, proactive and take pride in keeping things accurate and on track.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a client facing or coordination role, ideally within the energy sector
- Understanding of the UK energy market, including flexible procurement would be preferred
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to keep several tasks moving at once
- Confidence communicating with clients and suppliers
- Comfortable using internal systems or CRM tools and maintaining accurate data
- A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine focus on doing right by the client
