Our Consultancy Services department is divided into three delivery hubs to reflect our clients’ varying needs – ensuring every business receives proactive, accurate and tailored support. Our Client Managers play a pivotal role in maintaining strong, long-term relationships and ensuring our services consistently deliver measurable value.
What does a Client Manager at Consultus do?
You’ll be the trusted face of Consultus for your portfolio of clients – building long-term relationships, managing service delivery, and ensuring our support adds real value. Whether supporting mid-sized businesses or embedded in enterprise accounts, you’ll be:
- Leading client relationships with confidence and clarity
- Managing client accounts, contract renewals and service delivery
- Collaborating with internal delivery teams to meet client goals
- Coaching and mentoring your dedicated Client Executive
- Maintaining accurate systems and CRM records
- Delivering regular client updates, reports and performance reviews
- Spotting opportunities for growth and deeper engagement
You’ll take pride in delivering a responsive, reliable service that builds trust and strengthens client partnerships.
