You’ll work closely with developers, builders, architects and consultants, supporting projects by coordinating utility services and helping clients navigate the often complex utility environment.

  • Disconnections
  • Utility Supply Upgrades
  • Metering
  • Asset Planning
  • Diversions
  • HV Substation Management
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  • Managing and progressing your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Scoping customer needs and working with technical teams to build proposals
  • Supporting marketing activity to increase brand visibility
  • Collaborating with internal teams across project delivery, sustainability, and procurement services
  • What we’re looking for

    • Sales-hungry, proactive, creative and customer-focused sales professionals
    • Commercially aware and target-driven
    • Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
    • Proven experience in selling services within utility connections/disconnections
    • Experience working with or alongside ICPs, DNOs, IDNOs
    • Strong knowledge of how the built environment and construction sector operates
    • A confident communicator who can work independently and build trust quickly
    • Organised, self-driven, and commercially focused
    • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal close

    What you’ll get

    • A competitive salary and uncapped commission
    • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model
    • Support from a well-established brand with a strong track record
    • A team culture that values drive, integrity, and doing the right thing

If you understand utility connections and want to bring that expertise to a role where it’s truly valued, we want to hear from you. We encourage suitable applications from a diverse array of talent.
