Business Development Manager – Connectus Utilities
Location: Hybrid (Leicester)
Hours: 37.5 (Monday – Friday)

At Connectus Utilities, part of the Consultus family, we deliver multi-utility coordination and project management across electricity, gas, water, telecoms, sewerage and more. We take care of all connections, upgrades, and disconnections -helping our clients simplify complex infrastructure challenges.
We\’re now looking for a Business Development Manager – someone who knows this space and is ready to make things happen – to join our team. You\’ll be part of an established, multi-award-winning energy and sustainability consultancy, working with some of the biggest and most iconic brands in the world!
About the role
This role focuses on building strategic relationships and selling our utility coordination and project management services into the construction and built environment sector.
You’ll work closely with partners such as developers, builders, architects, and M&E consultants; supporting them on new build and redevelopment projects by delivering expert solutions for connections, disconnections, and more.
Your ability to understand the needs of these stakeholders, build trust, and translate that into commercial success will be key.
