We are seeking an experienced TM Migration Lead to oversee the migration of Transaction Monitoring from one system to another. The role will own delivery of the migration, ensuring data integrity, effective testing, and continuity through dual running.
Location: Hybrid / London (Office days TBC)
Rate: £DOE
Hours: Standard Business Hours
Start: February 2026
Duration: 3 month contract with possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end TM migration and vendor transition
- Own data uplift, validation, and testing
- Manage dual running, including rules, scenarios, thresholds, testing sheets, and MI
- Ensure control integrity and regulatory alignment throughout
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong TM/Financial Crime system migration experience
- Knowledge of ComplyAdvantage & LexisNexis systems would be advantageous
- Proven vendor migration and testing expertise
- Solid understanding of dual running and TM frameworks
- Financial services or regulated environment background
