Your Role as Engagement Manager
As an Engagement Manager, you’ll lead major client engagements across a range of strategic topics, including corporate strategy and commercial due diligence. You'll shape deliverables, manage client relationships, and support and mentor consultants—all while being backed by our senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams of 4–10 consultants
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture
- Identify and develop client opportunities
- Collaborate across consulting and adjacent service lines (e.g. tax, assurance)
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as recruitment, innovation, training
- Provide mentorship and career development support to junior team members
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking driven professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.
Required:
- 5+ years’ relevant experience
- Prior experience in strategy consulting
- Industry or consulting experience in logistics, 3PL, freight forwarding, parcel delivery, or related areas
- Commercial due diligence experience
- Strong corporate & growth strategy project experience
- Background in Industrials & Energy, especially in logistics (inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, fulfillment)
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- London-based and able to work on-site with clients when required
Preferred:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Business development experience
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior team members
- Experience working across global teams
