The Consultancy Group are looking for a Manager to join a growing M&A advisory team focused on integration and separation across the deal lifecycle. This is a permanent role for someone with hands-on experience in managing workstreams and supporting clients through complex business transitions.

What you’ll do:

  • Support delivery across integration and separation projects, including synergy analysis, transition planning, and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional deal teams, including legal, finance, and operations
  • Work directly with clients ranging from private equity portfolio companies to large corporates
  • Play a key role in shaping internal best practices and supporting business development

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in M&A integration/separation, either in consulting or in-house
  • Solid understanding of financial and operational implications of business transitions
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Experience in Industrials, Business Services, or Life Sciences is a plus
