Our client is seeking a Partner in their Technology Consulting and People Advisory practice, you will lead a diverse portfolio of clients through the most critical aspects of people transformation and organizational change. You will leverage your deep expertise in technology-enabled HR transformation, workforce strategies, organizational design, and digital tools to help businesses navigate complex workforce challenges. This role involves a combination of client relationship management, business development, leadership, and thought leadership. You will play a key role in expanding the firm’s position in the UK market while leading the strategy and growth of our People Advisory service offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Advisory: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior HR leaders, C-suite executives, and board members. Provide strategic advisory services on workforce transformation, HR technology, organizational design, leadership development, and digital HR tools.
- Business Development: Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and driving growth within the People Advisory and Technology Consulting areas. Shape and sell high-value, complex consulting engagements across key industries.
- Lead Technology-Enabled People Transformations: Oversee the design and implementation of innovative people-centric digital solutions, including HR technologies, automation tools, AI in HR, and data-driven workforce insights. Advise clients on the future of work, talent management strategies, and employee experience.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation: Establish the firm as a thought leader in the intersection of technology and people advisory. Write articles, speak at conferences, and develop market insights to raise the profile of the firm in key sectors.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead a talented team of consultants and senior professionals. Provide mentorship, develop talent, and foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and innovation within the team. Ensure that team members are continually developing new skills in line with evolving market demands.
- Strategic Planning & Market Growth: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the strategic direction of the People Advisory practice. Lead growth initiatives across key industries and help build a forward-looking people strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across other service lines (e.g., Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Strategy & Operations) to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions that address complex business and people challenges.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on people transformation, workforce strategy, and HR technology. A proven track record of advising large organizations on the strategic alignment of people and technology.
- Leadership & Client Management: Proven ability to lead senior-level client relationships, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver large, complex consulting projects that achieve significant organizational impact.
- Expertise in HR Technology & Transformation: Deep knowledge of the latest HR technologies, workforce analytics, digital tools, AI in HR, and employee experience platforms. Experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives in HR functions.
- Business Development: Strong background in generating new business, growing revenue, and building long-term relationships with key clients. Experience with high-value solution sales and creating tailored proposals that address client pain points.
- Sector Experience: Experience working with clients in one or more sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Technology, Life Sciences, or Public Sector, with a focus on people-centric solutions.
- Strong Analytical & Strategic Skills: Ability to analyse and understand complex client challenges, develop actionable insights, and create strategic solutions that align technology and workforce strategies.
- Relevant Qualifications: A relevant degree (e.g., Business, HR, Technology, or Organizational Development) and/or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
