We are partnering with a mid-market Private Equity-backed healthcare business seeking an accomplished Interim Sales & Commercial Excellence Lead to accelerate growth and drive commercial performance across the organisation. Based across the UK and Europe on a hybrid basis, this is an initial 6–9 month contract at £1,500 per day (dependent on experience), with an ASAP start date.
Reporting directly to the CEO and Private Equity sponsors, this individual will lead a comprehensive review of the commercial engine, identifying opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, customer acquisition, pricing.
