The Business Transformation PMO plays a pivotal role, overseeing the leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams and managing both demand and capacity effectively.

Key responsibilities include –

Oversee the intake, prioritization, and execution of identified projects and value stream backlogs to maximize business value.

Manage the technology portfolio to monitor and coordinate work products across teams and timelines.

Forecast resource capacity against project demands to ensure team availability and reliable delivery.

Track and evaluate strategic benefits across delivered work to measure effectiveness and return on investment.

Maintain and manage the risk register for projects and value streams to address potential issues proactively.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across teams and value streams.

Provide active coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth and skill development within teams.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure visibility, effective planning, and high levels of internal customer satisfaction.

This opportunity is an interim role with high possibility of going permanent. The ideal candidate would have an ex consulting background and has managed a portfolio previously.

You must be on short notice and available to start the beginning of Jan.
