Acting as a finance business partner for the Western Europe region, you will provide commercial insight and decision support while supporting and challenging stakeholders through budgeting and forecasting processes.
We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across the business. Working closely with operational and portfolio management teams, you’ll help drive insight-led decision-making and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Analyse financial and operational data to support business performance and decision-making
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Partner with Portfolio Management teams to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Support monthly reporting and performance reviews for management
- Provide analysis on key performance drivers, risks, and budget variances
- Support regional and local stakeholders through budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting across the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Econometrics, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
- ~2+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, asset management, or a similar commercial finance role
- ~ Strong understanding of hospitality P&L reporting (USALI preferred) and financial planning processes
- ~ Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI, reporting tools, and financial systems
- ~ Analytical, commercially minded, and confident working with stakeholders across the business
