We're supporting a specialist deal advisory firm as they continue to expand their Technology M&A capability. This is a senior delivery role for someone who has real Technology M&A experience and wants to lead workstreams directly rather than sit several layers removed from clients and decision-making. The organisation advises corporates, investors and portfolio companies across complex transactions, with a focus on due diligence, integrations, separations, carve-outs and value creation. Technology plays a central role in helping clients understand cost, risk, complexity and value throughout the deal lifecycle.
The Opportunity
- You'll lead Technology M&A workstreams across live transactions, working directly with CIOs, CFOs and senior stakeholders.
- This is not a PMO or coordination role.
- You'll be expected to build analysis, challenge assumptions, form recommendations and own client conversations.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading Technology M&A workstreams end-to-end
- Assessing technology environments, costs, risks and dependencies
- Supporting integration and separation planning
- Advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Contributing to business development and capability growth
- Working directly with senior business and technology stakeholders
