Systems & Technology Delivery Manager | Luxury hospitality

I am partnered with a luxury hospitality business who are looking for a Systems & Technology Delivery Manager to take ownership of the technology programme across the portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple vendor workstreams while also getting into the detail of systems integrations, data flows and operational requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Owning the overall technology programme, including scope, budget, dependencies and critical path
- Coordinating specialist vendors across property management, commercial and finance systems
- Defining how guest data flows across the technology stack
- Interrogating API and integration specifications
- Leading testing, training, commissioning and go-live activity for each site
- Establishing technology standards to support future European growth
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience within hospitality sector
- Delivered a cloud-based property management system implementation through configuration, integration, testing, training and go-live
- Hands-on experience specifying, testing and troubleshooting API-based integrations
