We’re supporting a global enterprise software business undergoing a major commercial transformation as it shifts from a traditional licence-and-services model to a subscription-first, SaaS-led business with AI-enabled platform offerings. As part of this evolution, the company is hiring a Senior Pricing Manager to help build the pricing infrastructure, governance, and analytical capability required to support that transition. This is a genuine build role, reporting into the Head of Commercial Strategy & Pricing, with significant exposure to senior leadership including the CFO and divisional commercial leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and owning enterprise price books across licence, SaaS, services, and consumption-based offerings
- Developing pricing models, scenario tools, and renewal-uplift methodologies
- Designing pricing governance workflows, approval matrices, and deal guardrails
- Producing pricing-performance reporting and commercial insights for leadership
- Supporting the economics of cloud and AI platform transitions, including subscription and consumption-based models
- Acting as a key analytical partner to Deals Desk, Sales Ops, Finance, FP&A, and commercial leadership teams
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- 5–8 years’ experience in pricing, commercial analytics, RevOps, or related functions within enterprise B2B software
- Strong SaaS/subscription pricing experience
- A track record of building pricing frameworks, governance processes, or commercial models from scratch
- Experience supporting complex enterprise deals ($500K+ ARR) with multi-product and multi-year structures

This role will suit someone who enjoys building structure in complex environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping commercial strategy during a period of significant business change.
