We are working with a high-growth B2B SaaS business undergoing a significant commercial and product-led transformation. As they evolve towards subscription and consumption-based models, they are looking to appoint a senior pricing professional to help design, build, and embed a modern monetisation capability.

This is a build-focused role with real scope. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Finance, and Revenue, taking ownership of how the business prices, packages, and commercialises its platform.

The Opportunity

This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for shaping pricing architecture and building the analytical and operational infrastructure that supports it. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence critical commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve pricing models across subscription, usage-based, and hybrid commercial structures.
  • Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, including price books, deal models, and scenario analysis.
  • Lead the transition towards value-aligned pricing, including consumption and outcome-based approaches.
  • Build robust financial models to assess the impact of pricing and packaging changes.
  • Establish and embed pricing governance, approval processes, and commercial guardrails.
  • Define packaging, tiering, and bundling strategies across different customer segments.
  • Partner with Product teams to integrate monetisation logic into new offerings from early stages.
  • Support Sales with pricing tools, guidance, and enablement to drive consistency and confidence in deal execution.
  • Deliver regular performance insights across discounting, renewals, and pricing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to experimentation and optimisation of conversion, expansion, and lifecycle monetisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in pricing, monetisation, commercial analytics, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong track record of building pricing models, frameworks, or processes from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of subscription, enterprise deal structures, and ideally consumption-based pricing.
  • Advanced financial modelling capability with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and RevOps.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
  • Exposure to pricing governance, deal approval processes, or commercial policy design.
  • Familiarity with pricing or revenue tooling (e.g. CRM, billing, analytics platforms).
