Head of Accounting (Temp to perm)
Contract length: 5 months initially
Day rate: circa £400.00 per day
London - Hybrid
My client is a fast-growth, Private Equity Backed SaaS business that requires an experienced Head of Accounting to support a critical period over quarter-end. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who can operate in the detail while also stepping back to review and challenge outputs.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and run the month/quarter-end close with a team
- Ensure accuracy across the balance sheet and financial reporting
- Provide clear and insightful P&L commentary
- Support SOX analysis and controls environment
Requirements:
- Strong US GAAP knowledge
- Technically strong, with a clear view of “what good looks like”
- ACA/ACCA Fully Qualified
- Available at short-notice
