The Consultancy Group are partnering with a well known, fast growing Leisure business based in London.

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner/Analyst, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, supply, and trading—delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Define and monitor KPIs with business teams
• Build financial models and deliver performance analysis
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, sharing insights with senior stakeholders
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Contribute commercial insight to month-end reporting
• Collaborate on projects across multiple departments

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Effective communicator with solid stakeholder management experience
• Proactive, organised, and results-focused
