The Consultancy Group has partnered with a female-founded M&A Deal Advisory firm who is expanding their high impact Pre-deal Financial Due Diligence team! The role is entering a high-volume M&A Team who work with Private Equity & Corporate clients on complex transactions from both a Buy & Sell side perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with reliable financial insights to support accurate forecasting and valuation.
- Critically assess transaction parameters to uncover potential risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate separation and integration challenges and their potential impact on financial outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify core value drivers and deliver strategic commercial recommendations.
- Identify potential synergies and risks between the businesses involved in the transaction.
Key requirements:
- ACA/CFA qualified.
- Big 4 Audit background required.
- Understanding of deal fundamentals (e.g., Quality of Earnings, Net Debt, Net Working Capital).
- Advanced Excel user ideally with exposure to data analytics software (e.g. Alteryx/PowerBI).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
