The Consultancy Group is looking for a Post-Merger Integration Programme Manager to lead the seamless integration of a recent acquisition within the Media and Advertising space. This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring strategic alignment, driving value creation, and coordinating workstreams across multiple functions. You’ll work closely with business sponsors and senior stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Management
- Own and drive the overall integration roadmap and calendar
- Run weekly check-ins, support workstream leads, and ensure alignment across functions
- Manage interdependencies, milestones, and updates using the integration tool
- Provide hands-on support to workstreams when needed
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Foster collaboration and alignment across teams
- Lead integration meetings and summits
- Act as a visible and proactive integration leader
- Work effectively across internal functions including: Senior PMI Manager, Business Sponsors, Workstream Leaders & PMs, Integration Steering Committee
- Value Delivery
- Track execution of initiatives and monitor value capture against targets
- Maintain focus on synergy realization and measurable outcomes
- Governance & Reporting
- Support SteerCo with clear reporting, agenda setting, and issue escalation
- Cascade decisions and deadlines to relevant workstreams
- Ensure consistent, clear communication across all stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in program/project management, transformation, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record in delivering post-merger integrations, restructures, or large-scale change
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Structured, analytical thinker with attention to detail and deadlines
- Familiar with organisational change and value-tracking methodologies
- Experience in media, audio, or advertising sectors is a plus
