The Consultancy Group are supporting a Private Equity-backed Technology business looking for an Interim Corporate Development Lead to support M&A activity and manage deal execution. This role will focus on leading end-to-end deal execution, from sourcing and evaluation to purchase and sales agreement. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, private equity stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver strategic acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and execute potential M&A opportunities
- Lead diligence processes and manage external advisors
- Develop financial models and investment papers
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Commercial, Product)
Essential Experience
- Strong experience in corporate development, M&A, or deal sourcing
- Demonstrated ability to lead deals end-to-end autonomously
- Proven commercial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Background in technology or high-growth sectors strongly preferred
- Experience working in or with PE-backed companies
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
