An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team in London. This role offers full ownership of the P&L from turnover through to contribution margin, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance, influence decision-making, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly P&L reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Review and manage WIP risk across a range of project types
- Provide commercial insight and challenge assumptions to improve business performance
- Lead financial review meetings and communicate risks and opportunities clearly to stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key business KPIs
- Drive process improvements, efficiencies, and strong financial governance
- Support and develop junior finance team members
- Provide audit support and ad hoc commercial analysis
About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong finance business partnering experience
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, or AI tools advantageous
- Consultancy or professional services experience beneficial
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
