We are building a market‑leading Operations Deal Services team within a fast‑growing, private equity‑backed advisory platform. The firm has scaled rapidly in recent years and is now investing heavily in building a differentiated deals offering that combines deep operational expertise with a commercial, value‑creation mindset. Our ambition is to create a high‑quality platform that supports clients across the full deal lifecycle, from pre‑deal operational due diligence through to post‑deal integration, carve‑out, and transformation. The focus is simple: help clients unlock value at every stage of the transaction. With plans to scale the team 5–7x over the next three years, this is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, take real responsibility, and play a central role in shaping the practice.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with Private Equity investors and corporates on high‑impact transactions, supporting everything from deal underwriting through to value delivery. This is a hands‑on role in a high‑growth environment. You will lead workstreams, engage senior stakeholders, and contribute to building a scalable, market‑leading offering.
