I’m working with a listed, high-growth business looking to appoint a Head of Finance on a 12-month FTC. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting into the CFO, with responsibility across financial reporting, controls and day-to-day finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead year-end reporting, including statutory accounts and audit ownership
- Oversee the month-end close process and ensure accuracy across P&L and balance sheet
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
- Manage and develop a small finance team
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / equivalent) with audit background
- Strong experience in financial reporting and controls within an SME
