We are the leading media group looking for a dynamic Head of Finance to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and financial leadership across the portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Commercial, Programming, Marketing and Tech to guide investment decisions
- Challenge and influence stakeholders to optimise returns
- Review business cases and strategic proposals, ensuring strong financial rigour
- Lead weekly reporting on broadcasting performance and key revenue drivers
- Prepare quarterly presentations for senior leadership
- Oversee accurate financial statements and performance commentary
- Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities, including emerging formats
- Enhance reporting tools and dashboards to deliver real-time insight
- Support and develop the Finance team
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes
