This is a high-impact role with responsibility for end-to-end buy-side and sell-side M&A activity, from opportunity identification and evaluation through execution, integration, separation planning and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will also play a key role in debt raising, refinancing and broader financing initiatives, working closely with senior leadership, investors and external advisers.
- Proven end-to-end buy-side and sell-side corporate development experience
- Strong background in M&A execution, transaction management and strategic evaluation
- Experience leading debt raising, refinancing and financing processes
- Ability to operate effectively with executive teams, investors, lenders and advisers
- Previous PE portfolio company experience is highly desirable
Please note: Candidates without demonstrable end-to-end transaction experience across both buy-side and sell-side mandates, ideally gained within a leading advisory environment and/or corporate development function, will not be considered. Sector background is flexible; however, we are seeking individuals with a strong track record of delivering complex transactions and funding initiatives in fast-paced, commercially driven environments.
