My client is a fast-growth, Private Equity Backed SaaS business that requires an experienced Head of Accounting to support a critical period over quarter-end. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who can operate in the detail while also stepping back to review and challenge outputs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and run the month/quarter-end close with a team
  • Ensure accuracy across the balance sheet and financial reporting
  • Provide clear and insightful P&L commentary
  • Support SOX analysis and controls environment

Requirements:

  • Strong US GAAP knowledge
  • Technically strong, with a clear view of “what good looks like”
  • ACA/ACCA Fully Qualified
  • Available at short-notice
