The Consultancy Group is partnering with a partner‐founded M&A Deal Advisory firm to hire into their Pre‐Deal Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team. They are seeking commercially astute Transaction Services professionals who are eager to work across a broad range of deals and gain wider exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with accurate, reliable financial information to support forecasting and valuation.
  • Analyse businesses to identify core value drivers and deliver clear, commercially focused recommendations.
  • Assess separation and integration considerations and evaluate their financial impact throughout the transaction process.
  • Build deep sector knowledge, stay informed on deal trends, and leverage insights to support client relationships and business growth.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will be ACA or CFA qualified with 2+ years of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience within an M&A environment—either in industry or consulting.
