Consolidation Manager
£60,000-£70,000 plus 10% bonus
Hybrid (2 days in the office)
The Consultancy Group are working with a Global Hospitality on a Consolidation Manger opening. We are seeking a Team Leader, Consolidation to join the Finance Reporting team in Hammersmith, London. In this role, you will support the consolidation of key financial activities across the Western Europe region.
As the Team Leader, you will oversee the accuracy and completeness of financial information for the UK and Benelux entities. This includes preparing local financial statements in line with regulatory requirements and delivering consolidation packages for all countries in the region. You will also manage and mentor one Local Consolidation Specialist based in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and delivery of local consolidation packages
- Oversee the production of local statutory financial statements
- Manage and execute local reporting activities linked to financial statements and broader regional reporting requirements
- Provide guidance to local general ledger accountants on IFRS and other relevant accounting standards
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in the creation of local financial statements
- Strong knowledge of accounting techniques (especially related to IFRS standards), practices and accounting tools preferably Oracle Cloud
