The role

As a founding Partner level contributor, you will:

  • Originate and sell work within consumer and retail, or adjacent growth topics
  • Lead and deliver high-impact strategy and growth engagements
  • Own senior client relationships end to end
  • Play an active role in shaping the firm’s commercial strategy and market positioning

The profile

  • Principal, (second year or equivalent), or early Partner from a top-tier or strong strategy consultancy
  • Demonstrable sales track record, even if early stage
  • Strong personal interest and credibility in consumer and retail
  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Motivated by ownership, accountability, and upside rather than protection or brand cover
