The Consultancy Group is partnering with a leading global hospitality organisation on a highly commercial Finance Business Partner opportunity. This role provides the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders at a global level, offering exceptional exposure and influence. Key Responsibilities
Finance Business Partnering
- Act as finance business partner for all Food/SSI categories, with full responsibility for 3–4 regions and Group HQ.
- Deliver strategic insights through financial modelling to support regional and global teams in category development.
- Provide transparency and analysis of the savings initiatives portfolio, tracking progress against targets, forecasts, and pipeline.
- Collaborate with Supply Management teams worldwide, strengthening the global SM Finance analytical network.
- Link functional performance to the P&L to drive informed decision-making.
Processes
- Drive continuous improvement across global SM performance measurement and KPI frameworks.
- Consolidate and manage all regional and global SSI reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Support preparation of financial inputs for the SSI Quarterly Business Review.
- Ensure ad-hoc projects include robust reporting aligned with global SM strategy.
- Conduct data collection, modelling, and interpretation as required.
Projects
- Own the SmartSheet process and enhance reporting capabilities through PowerBI integration.
- Lead global and European finance-related projects, aligned with the Global SM Finance roadmap.
- Manage priorities effectively in a dynamic role with significant visibility and senior stakeholder engagement.
About you
- Degree-level education with a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a relevant role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
