The Consultancy Group have partnered with a Business Services company based in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit a Group Financial Controller to take responsibility for the full finance function. This Finance Leadership role will lead and develop the finance team, ensure robust financial control whilst providing financial guidance to the Senior Leadership team.

Our client is keen to meet with Qualified Financial Professionals who have progressed in industry and have proven financial reporting experience coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will have demonstrable experience of managing and developing teams coupled with a curious and proactive mindset to initiate change and continuous improvement. This role is based in Hertfordshire so candidates will need to be able and willing to commute to their Herts based Head Office.
