The Consultancy Group are working with a leading FMCG business on an FP&A Manager opening. A great opportunity to work within a very well recognised brand, be a key part of the success journey and will be involved in the following:

  • Lead the financial performance through robust insight, analysis, and constructive challenge.
  • Own month-end reporting, including P&L and cashflow, and deliver high-quality Monthly Performance Reviews and Management Team materials.
  • Combine internal financial data with external market insight to inform decision‑making and drive performance conversations.
  • Oversee the preparation of Estimates and Rolling Forecasts (R&Os).
  • Act as a key finance contact for senior stakeholders across the wider region.
  • Coordinate and manage balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and control.
  • Support the planning processes, including the 3-Year Plan and annual Budget.

About you:

  • Qualified accountant with broad experience across a range of finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, with a proven ability to drive process improvement and change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work effectively on own initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining high quality outputs.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling insight.
