The Consultancy Group is partnering with a partner-founded M&A Deal Advisory firm to hire into their Pre-Deal Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team. They are seeking commercially astute Transaction Services professionals who are eager to work across a broad range of deals and gain wider exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clients with accurate, reliable financial information to support forecasting and valuation.
- Analyse businesses to identify core value drivers and deliver clear, commercially focused recommendations.
- Assess separation and integration considerations and evaluate their financial impact throughout the transaction process.
- Build deep sector knowledge, stay informed on deal trends, and leverage insights to support client relationships and business growth.
Requirements
