A senior international finance leadership role responsible for overseeing accounting, reporting, controls, tax, treasury and finance operations across EMEA and APAC. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance and scalable processes while supporting business growth and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial control, reporting, consolidations and compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Manage audits, statutory reporting, tax and payroll oversight.
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, commercial decision-making and strategic projects.
- Drive process improvements, systems enhancements and stronger internal controls.
- Lead and develop a high-performing international finance team.
Ideal Background
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- 10+ years' experience in a Controller, Finance Director or senior controllership position.
- Strong international accounting, reporting and compliance expertise.
- Experience within complex, multinational organisations, ideally with US-headquartered reporting structures.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Private equity-backed or professional services experience beneficial.
