We are seeking a commercially astute and analytically driven Corporate Restructuring & Turnaround Consultant to work on improving product margins, optimising working capital, and stabilising liquidity and cash flow across the group.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in audit, transaction services, or financial due diligence (FDD) from a Big Four or top-tier advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Restructuring & Analysis
- Assess current financial performance across product lines and business units.
- Identify margin erosion and cost inefficiencies.
- Lead initiatives to improve gross margin and EBITDA performance.
Working Capital & Liquidity Management
- Analyse and optimise working capital cycles (inventory, receivables, payables).
- Develop short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
- Implement liquidity improvement strategies.
Operational Turnaround
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to align cost structures with revenue.
- Rationalise product portfolios and pricing strategies.
- Drive cost-out programmes and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with a strong foundation in audit or transaction services.
- Experience in corporate finance, restructuring, or FDD within a Big Four or similar advisory firm.
- Proven track record of delivering turnaround programmes in manufacturing or industrial sectors desirable
- Strong financial modelling and diagnostic skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited data.
